Q1. 留言者的IP地址是被记录的吗？谁可以看到？
Why my IP is shown when I leave a message? So your system sends IP to the writer of the blog so they can monitor more easily? Does not sound like a good idea and it may annoy readers if they know how this works. The system admin of course knows IP, but every writer should not know it by default.
A1. 留言者的IP地址是被记录的，博主可以看到自己的博客中的所有留言者的IP地址。站长和技术负责人可以看到所有博客中的留言者IP地址，其他维护小组成员不能看到。
我们的系统使用的是WordPress的一个集合型版本。每个留言者的IP地址发送给博主是WordPress的功能，博主可以方便地查看留言者的信息，如果有必要，博主可以禁止留言者的IP地址。
我们的系统中，每一个博主在自己的博客中，是博客管理者，所以以上的博主能查看IP地址是很自然的做法。如果只有我们网站管理者才能知道IP地址，每天回答博主的询问留言者IP地址，大概就够我们忙了：（
留言者，一般也知道自己的IP地址是被记录的。还没有人抱怨过：） 有时候看到个别人冒用其他人的名字留言，我们就会公布这样的人的IP地址。
留言者的IP地址，只有他留言的那一个博客主人才能看到，其他的博主无法看到的。（网站管理者xyan和xfliu两个人可以看到所有博客中的留言者IP地址，其他维护小组的人也无法看到）
Q2. 博客的项目配置有时发生不正常变化，为什么？
For some reason, sometimes my blog changes from one-column to two-column layout, placing all my links at the very bottom of my page. I tried to change into other templates, and it did not help. At the same time, I was viewing other blogs and their same layout looks fine.
But it seems to go back to normal some time later.
A2. 原因可能是编写的文章中，有一些没有配对的html tags，例如，有 div， 没有 /div。技术小组将修改代码，让这样的broken tags也不会引起显示问题。
Q3. 如何管理页面（pages)？
Can u tell me how to organize pages (not the blogs)? I searched online for WordPress, and it looks like I need to use some plugins to facilitate pages editing, but I don’t know how to install the plug-in or if it is suitable.
A3. 在博客管理界面，撰写–页面，管理–页面。
（不知道你说的pages，是不是管理界面中的页面，如果不是的，请再联系)
Q4. 可以对一个博客的进行检索，如何对整个网站（包含所有的博客）进行检索？
I see a Search box for each blog. But I cannot see a search box for the entire site. If I want to search for some topic words across blogs, there is no easy way? I know I can use Google search restricted to this URL (the exact syntax I forgot), but tend to think it is natural for you to provide a universal search box with default to search this site and with a choice to search the web.
A4. 目前还没有提供对整个网站（包含所有的博客）进行检索的连接。以后可以考虑增加这一个。
使用Google检索时，可以使用下面的写法： 要检索的关键字 site:www.de-sci.org

请教alpha？能不能自己定制一下模板？我不习惯首页空两格，现在网文的流行格式应该和英文电子文档一样，首页定格，每段分行吧，我能不能自己改改。
faif, 你可以改用其它模板看看。我使用的模板，应该满足你的要求。如果要修改模板，可以请xfliu帮忙。

其实我也不懂这个，说下我知道的。
你说的是首行的缩进吧？最开始这个系统运行时是没有首行缩进的，后来我和一些博主建议后，劳烦xfliu把所有的模板都加上首行缩进两格。
如果对模板有什么特殊要求，可以请xfliu帮着量身做。
多谢各位，现在明白了，模板确实是有的缩进有的不缩进，我先用着xyan的模板吧。呵呵我又不是某明星，不敢劳驾定做了。只是刚才不明白系统是不是可以让懂一点IT的博主自己定制。现在看来暂时还不行。
现有的模板应该都是xfliu一个个改好加上的，系统没有自定义的功能。
看见最近又陆续加了不少模板，可能就没做缩进。
作为公告标题,我认为用”致博客申请者”比现时的”至博客申请者”要好.请参考.
